It really was not that long ago when a handshake meant something. Today in 2026, it feels like we need a 14 page contract for everything.
At The Alexander Home Team – Keller Williams, we talk about the word “trust” with every client we work with because buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most families will ever make.

So what does TRUST actually mean to us?
Transparency
In the Austin area alone, there are over 14,000 Realtors. Unfortunately, many agents are afraid to tell clients the truth because they worry the client may go hire someone else.
At The Alexander Home Team, we believe honesty matters more than telling people only what they want to hear. Whether it is pricing strategy, market conditions, repairs, or expectations, our job is to provide real answers and real guidance.
Empathy
This is where Stephanie, also known as #BossBabe, truly shines.
I tend to be more of a “rub some dirt on it” kind of guy, and real estate is not always butterflies and rainbows. Many clients are navigating difficult seasons of life including divorce, financial hardship, job changes, or the loss of a loved one.
Sometimes people need more than a Realtor. Sometimes they need understanding, patience, and support.
Competency
This one is right in my wheelhouse.
I take great pride in making sure our team stays at the front of the real estate industry in training, education, marketing, and negotiation. Competency means bringing value to the table.
Nobody wants to finish a real estate transaction wondering if they could have done the job just as well themselves.

This one is simple.
