Simple Hack! “Current Market Value of Your House”
I have developed (dreamed up) a simple HACK to figuring out the current market value of your home in 2025. Before we go any further let me first tell you that this HACK is not 100% accurate! So far it is been about 90%... Over the years I have often told people that I am like a weather man, IF I am close then I am GOOD!! In my opinion 90% is GOOD… So back to the HACK!

For this to work you had to of bought your house before 2020!

Take the amount you bought your house for and add 5% to that value for every year until 2025.

That is the VALUE of your HOUSE!
EXAMPLE Stephanie and I were Blessed to buy our “Forever Home” Back in 2016 for $298,000.
2016 - $298,000
2017 - $312,000
2018 - $328,545
2019 - $344,972
2020 - $362,220
2021 - $380,331
2022 - $399, 348
2023 - $419,315
2024 - $440,281
2025 - $462,295
What if I told you that we will be closing on an EXACT comparable house to ours next week for almost the same price as this HACK!
Please keep in mind this HACK does not account for if you bought a foreclosure in 2009 for a $100,000 discount or if you added a $125,000 pool in the back yard.
