I usually spend my time bragging on our girls and all the amazing things they are doing.
But today, it is time to brag on my #BossBabe, my wife Stephanie, and the little family-run real estate business we have built together.

Stephanie and I recently attended the 2025 Austin Keller Williams SWMC Awards Banquet, and it gave us a moment to reflect on the journey behind the numbers.

The truth is, 2024 was one of the hardest years we have ever faced in business, and things reached a true low point in February of 2025.
In that moment, we had two choices:

Quit and walk away
Or grind harder than we ever had before

We chose to GRIND.

And when the dust settled, The Alexander Home Team finished the year:

#3 in our category for Units Sold
#8 in commission earned

Not because we are the loudest.
Not because we spend the most money online.
But because for more than a decade, we have tried to serve people the right way—with hard work, integrity, and heart.

Most of our business comes from something far more meaningful than advertising…
It comes from past clients who trust us enough to refer their family, friends, and coworkers.
And for that, we are incredibly grateful.

Here are a few things I know to be true:

Life is not easy.
Owning a business is not easy.
Owning a business with your spouse is not easy.
Running a business while raising kids is definitely not easy.

Easy is not the answer.
Hard work, dedication, and integrity matter.

And above all else…

Our faith and trust in Jesus Christ is the true foundation that carries us through every season.

We are thankful for every client, every referral, and every opportunity to serve families across Central Texas.
The best is still ahead.
