Pandemic Impact on our Real Estate Market
We hope all of you are doing well and have stayed healthy during the past few crazy months. Speaking of CRAZY… What if I told you that the PANDEMIC has raised the value of your house by 5-10%? We recently priced a house at the top of the market and we had 2 offers on day 1 for 8k and 11k over the top of the market asking price.
