Brad was born in Austin and moved to Kyle, TX with his family when he was 5. After graduating from Hays High School, Brad went on to Sam Houston State University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Education. Brad spent the next decade coaching high school football and basketball in Del Valle, TX as well as teaching business classes. During that time Brad completed his Masters Degree in Education Administration and remains certified to be a Texas Principal.

Brad was a member of a Platinum Top 50 real estate team, but in the summer of 2015 Brad and his wife Stephanie (also a Realtor) chose to leave the team and form Alexander Home Team. Brad and Stephanie live in Kyle and have 2 sweet girls, Brooklyn and Madyson.

In his free time, Brad enjoys hunting with his daughters, attending Mady's gym meets, hauling 4H show pigs for both girls, and watching Brooklyn compete in local rodeos with her horse, Boone.

Brad and Stephanie have built their business philosophy on the principle of ""Making Your Dreams a Reality"". The business is built on a solid hand shake, hard work, and an honest way of doing business.
